1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return policy 5-7 days
- The product is expired at the time of receipt.
- The packaging is tampered with or missing items from the order.
- Refund 5-7 days
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Be reported within 3 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless defective).
3. Return Process

4. Refund Process
